TUNA DEVILED EGGS

This super easy recipe is awesome! I love it!

This super easy recipe is absolutely delightful—I love it! My mum used to make it on some weekends, and my siblings and I helped her fill the eggs—we’d prepare more than thirty halves! I could never resist sneaking a few before dinner: I’d tiptoe into the kitchen when no one was around and eat one or two, trying to disguise the empty spots so my mum wouldn’t notice… but she always did!

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 large eggs
  
• 1 cans of tuna (drained)
  
• 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  
• 1- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  
• 1 yolk for garnish
  
• Optional: lemon juice, chopped chives, olives, capers
  

METHOD:

• Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice them in half.
  
• Remove yolks and reserve one for garnish.
  
• Mash yolks and mix with tuna, mayo, and tomato sauce.
  
• Fill the whites with the mixture using a teaspoon.
  
• Garnish with grated yolk and optional toppings.
