Sangria Is a drink very typical in Spain, especially in summer, there is a lot of varieties and ways to make it Check this easy way and make your own style!


INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 bottle of red wine.
  • 2 Peach
  • 1 Apple.
  • 1 Pear.
  • The Juice of 3-4 oranges.
  • The juice of a lemon.
  • 1 stick of cinnamon.
  • 2 spoons of sugar.
  • 1-2 shoots of liquor (brandy, whisky, Curaçao, anise…)
  • Optional: soda, lemonade or orange soda to your taste.
  • Ice

METHOD:

  • Chop the fruit in cubes.
  • In a big bowl or in a jar add the fruit.
  • You can add first the wine if you have a lot of fruit to chop, add the fruit in there while you chop it to prevent the fruit to oxidate.
  • Add the sugar on the bowl or jar, or You can make a syrup with the sugar and a bit of water to dissolve better the sugar in the mix.
  • Add the liquor.
  • Add the stick of cinnamon.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least two hours to macerate.
  • Add the ice and the soda.

​My friend John tries for his first time this drink.
 
this mixture is typical in Spain, young people drinks it when they go out with friends, when they party, they play games...
 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1L of red wine
  • 1L of coke
 
METHOD:
​
  • In a jar or a glass add some ice.
  • Add the wine and the coke, in the glass add half and half
  • You can add less or more wine to your taste
  • Enjoy!
